• Dans le cadre de sa participation régulière à diverses initiatives lancées par le Comité permanent interorganisations, le Haut-Commissariat a contribué à l'élaboration de toute une série de documents, ce qui a permis d'y intégrer la perspective des droits de l'homme. Au nombre de ces documents figurent les suivants, intitulés: Guidance Note on Using the Cluster Approach to Strengthen Humanitarian Response, Gender Handbook for Humanitarian Action, IDP Handbook et Induction Training Package for Humanitarian Coordinators.
  وساهمت المفوضية، بمشاركتها المنتظمة في مختلف مبادرات اللجنة الدائمة المشتركة بين الوكالات، في وضع مجموعة من المواد التوجيهية، فأضافت بذلك منظوراً لحقوق الإنسان إلى عدد من الوثائق، بما في ذلك المذكرة الإرشادية المتعلقة باستخدام نهج المجموعات لتعزيز الاستجابة الإنسانية، ودليل الشؤون الجنسانية للعاملين في المجال الإنساني، ودليل المشردين داخلياً، ومجموعة برامج التدريب التوجيهي لمنسقي الشؤون الإنسانية.
